  1. You know, for the longest time I thought black pudding was made with blackberries. Then I read Tom Parket Bowles’ Full English and understood what they were really made from! I have never tried blood sausage. I would like the courage to, though.

    • I have had it… didn’t like it but that was because of its dry texture. But yes, I think it is worth trying once. We have our own version of this in the N-E of India; not sure if it tastes the same though. Someday, maybe, I can find out! 🙂
